Windsor Insurance was founded in 1977 by Jerry Schwartz and Hal Brooks. Their vision was to create a marketing organization that would provide sales ideas, marketing support, underwriting expertise and concierge-level service to assist agents in the sale of life insurance products to high net-worth clients. Windsor began this enterprise with a core group of top producers from around the country. Many are still with us today.
